MERE SUNG GAA Season-5 Organized

Adline Integrated Media Services was back with a bang with their flagship Series show Mere Sung Gaa Season 5 after two years Gap due to Covid. The Season 4 was held in 2019 which introduced Fresh Talents in singing & Season 5 of this series successfully concluded on 27th Nov 2022 at St John Paul II Polish Cultural Center Auditorium, Mississauga. 20+ Finalists contended after a rigorous Audition with the Live Band Orchestra Natchathraa. The Event started with an opening Keyboard Instrument performance by Youth Star Asees Kaur who mesmerized the audience on popular Bollywood numbers on her Keyboard. Excellent performance by each contestant. The contest was designed with Solo and Duet Categories.  Judges had a tough time in selecting the Winners as each Contestant gave their best

 Unlike 2019, The Women won the race this time as Winners of Mere Sung Gaa. This series had most of the time witnessed Men as Champions except in 2018 the only female participant among the contestant took the Champion trophy and after that now in 2022 the Top 3 positions were the Women.  3rd Runner up was Raghavendra Anand a classically Trained singer, 2nd Runner up was Paavani – a teen age girl owner of a melodious voice, 1st runner up was Tripti Awasthi, who is a learned Hindustani Classical Singer and the Champion Trophy Roop Mahal Golden Voice Trophy was taken away by Ms. Mathusha, whose language is Tamil but she sang with such a perfection that mesmerized the audience and judges.  Sahana, the youngest Contestant 10-year-old who contended with all the adult contestants was given a Judges Appreciation Award who actually opened up the Contest being the First Contestant in the Solo Round.

Noteworthy thing was most of the singers were debuting their Stage performance that too with the live band.  A successful Judges Training workshop conducted by the Organizer Adline with the support of the Judges made a lot of difference in the performances of the Singers.  

The Judges Mr. Muhammad Munir Maani – the Series Judge of this show has been with Adline since its first season in 2016, Prabha Subhadra popularly known as Lata Mangeshkar of the Middle East, and Ashutosh Singh who is also ardent supporter, now joined as a Judge this year provided valuable feedback, guidance and encouraged the singers to the maximum.

It was appreciated and enjoyed each and every one present.  

When Organizer Maha, was questioned as to what is the objective of this event in future, her response was “Our vision is to expand from local talent to promotion of Talent “Glocally” -i.e., every country has the local talent, so Mere Sung Gaa has a vision to promote local talents of every country.

The event held after 2 years captivated the audience.  Added charm was the Hosting by the versatile popular host of GTA, Sreejit Chaudhuri who kept the audience hooked on to the show.  The entire show was a full-on entertainment with a bouquet of old and new Bollywood songs sung by the Contestants and the second half of the program was the live performance by past seasons winners. The Orchestra with an excellent team of Musicians complemented the Contestants and the Past Seasons artists beautifully. 

Every country has their local talents which are lost sometime due to the overpowering of the Celebrities, as it is high time, we realize the fact it is the talent that creates celebrities not the otherway round.  Adline through its Series Shows is determined to Create celebrities rather than promoting the already promoted celebrities.
