Aleem Hashmi Honoured with Amroha Icon Award, Moment of Pride for the District

 

Amroha: It was a moment of pride and honour for Amroha district as Aleem Hashmi, the elder son of the late Tajuddin Hashmi (popularly known as Taj Hashmi), founder and patron of the world-renowned Hashmi Dawakhana (Hashmi Dawakhana – Home Remedy), was conferred with the prestigious Amroha Icon Award. The honour was bestowed in recognition of his outstanding services in the medical field and his continued contribution to the people of Amroha district and its surrounding regions.

The award was presented by Amroha District Magistrate Nidhi Vats and Superintendent of Police Amit Anand. During the felicitation, senior administrative officials appreciated Aleem Hashmi’s consistent efforts in the fields of healthcare and social service, noting that such initiatives play a vital role in bringing positive change to society.

Aleem Hashmi is the Managing Director of Hashmi Dawakhana, Amroha, and is carrying forward the legacy of service, simplicity and humanitarian values established by his father, the late Tajuddin Hashmi. The late Hakim Tajuddin Hashmi was not only a respected and renowned practitioner, but also a prominent social worker who quietly extended support to the underprivileged. He played a significant role in shaping what is today known as the Hashmi Group of Companies.
