India Style Fashion Week Season 7: A Grand Celebration of Fashion and Talent in Gurugram

Gurugram, November 10, 2024 – The India Style Fashion Week Season 7 turned the spotlight on creativity, style, and innovation at the AEPC Convention Centre, where the who's who of the fashion industry came together for a dazzling showcase. Presented by Usha Silai School and directed and produced by Kaushik Ghosh, the event was a perfect blend of glamour, sophistication, and talent. 

The evening saw an impressive lineup of participants, including top design institutions such as NIIFT (Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology), IIFT, AAFT, and Lingaya Vidyapeeth, which played key roles in the show’s success. Adding to the excitement, VLCC School of Beauty co-sponsored the event, bringing a touch of elegance to the runway. 

The highlight of the evening was the spectacular Grand Finale Show presented by Usha Silai School, where designers from across the country, trained by the school, showcased their unique collections. The finale, aptly titled the Festival of India Show, celebrated the nation’s rich cultural diversity and heritage, leaving the audience in awe.

The event also recognized some of the industry’s shining stars with prestigious awards:

* Usha International was honored with the India Style Fashion Week Brand of the Year 2024.

* Renowned fashion icon Sanjay Mittal received the Most Stylish Indian 2024 award.

* NIIFT was celebrated as the Best Design Institute 2024, solidifying its position as a leader in fashion education.

* The India Style Fashion Week Designer Of The Year Award 2024 -Bijaylakshmi Phukan

The fashion extravaganza attracted a host of distinguished personalities from various fields. Among the notable guests were Krishna Shriram (Chairman of Usha International), Tarique Siddiqui (renowned lawyer), Rajni Subba (Former International Beauty Queen) Sanjana Mehra, (popular socialite) and Sonia Jetleey, leading designer, among many others.

The evening not only celebrated fashion but also provided a platform for emerging designers to showcase their talent and make their mark in the industry. The India Style Fashion Week Season 7 was truly a night to remember – an iconic event that reinforced India’s place on the global fashion map.
